This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and store personal data of visitors to our website. It is drafted in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, Amendment 13 (effective as of 14.08.2025), and the Privacy Protection Regulations (Data Security), 2017.

This is a presentation-only website targeted at visitors in Israel, available in Hebrew (primary) and English. No online sales and no personal account area are available.
We collect minimal data required for operating the website and responding to inquiries:
a. Data provided voluntarily through forms
• Name, phone number, email, and inquiry content.
b. Technical/usage data
• IP address, cookies/Device ID, page views, and analytics events (GA4).
• No sensitive data or physiological data is collected.
• Information entered by you in the “Contact Us” form.
• Automatically through cookies and analytics when you use the website.
• Responding to inquiries – processing and returning calls: your initiated contact / legitimate interest.
• Improving user experience and website (audience measurement, troubleshooting): legitimate interest, with opt-out options.
• Legal compliance and data security: legal obligation / legitimate interest.
When submitting a form, we rely also on your explicit consent to process the contact details you provided. Without such details, we cannot respond effectively to your request.
The website is intended for adults. We cannot verify age. If a request is received from a minor without parental consent (where required), we will request such consent or delete the data.
We share data only as required for service operation:
• Hosting and server/CDN (including servers outside Israel).
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for audience measurement.
• WhatsApp and “click-to-call/message” links – if you choose to use them, communication will occur directly with the third-party provider under its privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Some service providers are located outside Israel (including cloud providers and GA4). Cross-border transfers are performed in compliance with Israeli law, including contractual safeguards required under the Privacy Protection Regulations (Transfer of Data Abroad).
We use essential cookies and GA4 for legitimate-interest-based analytics. You can:
• Block/delete cookies through your browser settings.
• Use Google Analytics opt-out tools.
• Contact us to request an opt-out from non-essential measurements.
If we introduce advertising pixels/remarketing in the future, we will update this Policy and implement proper consent mechanisms.
We currently do not send marketing communications (email/SMS/WhatsApp advertising). If introduced in the future, we will request your prior consent and provide a simple opt-out option in every channel.
We implement security measures in line with the Data Security Regulations, including TLS/HTTPS (SSL), access controls, regular updates, and backups. While no system is entirely secure, we will take necessary steps if a security incident is detected.
As a rule, we retain data until a written request for deletion is received at bloywigs@gmail.com.
You may request deletion subject to applicable law, record-keeping obligations, and identity verification.
Under Israeli law, you have the right to access and correct your personal data, and to request its deletion where no legal obligation requires retention. We will respond within a reasonable time and may request identity verification.

Amendment 13 has significantly limited the obligation to register databases, focusing on high-risk or large-scale cases (e.g., extensive direct marketing, sensitive data, data brokerage). Based on the website’s current use (contact form + analytics), registration is generally not required. We will re-evaluate if activity materially changes.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): A statistical tool that may collect online identifiers and usage data, which under Israeli law may constitute personal data if reasonably attributable to an individual. We use GA4 minimally, without behavioral advertising. Opt-out options are available (see Section 9).
• WhatsApp: Clicking a WhatsApp or “Call Now” link establishes direct communication between you and the third-party provider (WhatsApp/telecom operator), subject to their privacy terms and foreign jurisdictions. Avoid sharing unnecessary details.
